We’d like to introduce a survey response from a customer who transported their dog from Japan to Australia with Economove Japan.

１）ペットの海外引越しを実際にご経験されてみて、不安だったこと苦労されたことは何でしたか？After having actually experienced moving your pet overseas, what were you worried about or struggled with?
A.The stresses about timelines and time spent in quarantine for the animals. Economove made it simple to under Thad the timeline and lead times for each pet to live to Australia.

２）その不安や苦労が解消された出来事があれば教えてください。Please tell us if there was an incident that helped you to alleviate your worries or concerns.
A.Economove initiated fast and early actions to ensure we had all the information required to move our pets and arrange appointments and transport as required.

３）出発当日までに、特に気を付けていたことがあれば教えてください。Please let us know if there was anything in particular you paid attention to until the day of departure.
A.Requirements at each of the vet appointments and with quarantine.

４）引越し先に到着後、再会したときの様子はどうでしたか？What was it like when you reunited after arriving at your new home?
A.Very joyful.

５）新しい環境での生活に慣れてもらうために、特に気を付けたことがあれば教えてください。Please tell us if there was anything in particular you paid special attention to in order to help them get used to life in a new environment.
A.Ensuring they had good healthy food and keeping it similar to their foods prior to the move.

６）現地の動物病院は、どのように探されましたか？（病院探しのポイントがあれば教えてください。）How did you find a local veterinary clinic? (Please tell us any tips for finding a clinic.) We are lucky and have a clinic nearby.
A.Otherwise Google will show the nearest clinics and their reviews are very helpful.

７）引越し先で、おすすめのお散歩エリア、ペット同伴可のカフェやペットショップなどがあれば教えてください。Please let me know if there are any recommended walking areas, cafes or pet shops that allow pets in the area where you are moving.
A.In Sydney there are MANY pet friendly cafes, pubs and shops.

８）これからペットの海外引越しを検討されている方へアドバイスやメッセージがあればお願いいたします。Do you have any advice or messages for people who are considering moving their pets overseas?
A.Be ready for the timelines required for each country and quarantine requirements. They can be long and require reservations to be made in far advance if your travel time. It is also expensive and that needs to be accounted or in your budget.
