Feedback from Ms. E.R. on Moving Her Dog from Japan to Australia

Thank you very much for kindly answering our questionnaire, even while your dog is still in PEQ quarantine.
1)After having actually experienced moving your pet overseas, what were you worried about or struggled with?
A.I was worried about who would be caring for my dog during the customs process - and would it be company staff or contractors.
2)Please tell us if there was an incident that helped you to alleviate your worries or concerns.
A.We were assured by the staff of Economove Japan, who organised everything from beginning to end, that they would be caring for our dog throughout the whole process until she went to the cargo area.
3)Please let us know if there was anything in particular you paid attention to until the day of departure.
A.Communication - Shima was very prompt and thorough in his communication.
4)What was it like when you reunited after arriving at your new home?
A.We have not reunited yet as our dog is in quarantine.
7)How did you find a local veterinary clinic? (Please tell us any tips for finding a clinic.)
A.The staff of Economove Japan helped us find a local vet who spoke some English. They were very conveniently located, and were helpful and very nice people.
9)Do you have any advice or messages for people who are considering moving their pets overseas?
A.Finding a reliable and professional company to support you - like Economove - makes the process so much easier. We felt reassured knowing that Shima was an expert and would show our dog proper care. And ask questions beforehand to give you the reassurance you want.

Finding a suitable veterinary clinic near the departure area in Japan can be quite challenging, so we are very glad that we could support you with this. It was also wonderful that you were able to meet such an excellent veterinarian.
We were also pleased to assist you with arranging the travel crate.
We sincerely hope that your dog will complete quarantine safely and that you will be happily reunited with her in Australia very soon.
We hope that this questionnaire will be helpful for anyone planning to relocate their pets from Japan to Australia.
