１）After having actually experienced moving your pet overseas, what were you worried about or struggled with?

A.I was worried about knowing exactly where Ginger was and when. I would have liked a detailed schedule with contact information in case of an emergency.

２）Please tell us if there was an incident that helped you to alleviate your worries or concerns.

A.I appreciated how responsive Economovejapan's Shima-san was. My emails were answered very quickly and with lots details. I also really enjoyed the video of Ginger that was sent the day she was picked up, it made me feel a lot better.

３）Please let us know if there was anything in particular you paid attention to until the day of departure.

A.I appreciated that the details of what was required for travel to Australia were completely taken care of by Economove. I did not have to worry about keeping track of, or completing requirements for bookings etc.

４）What was it like when you reunited after arriving at your new home?

A.It was smooth, and we were very happy. Ginger was also very happy.

５）Please tell us if there was anything in particular you paid special attention to in order to help them get used to life in a new environment.

A.We practiced with Ginger getting into and out of the crate with treats. we also practiced using the water feeder attachment.

６）Please let us know if there are any points you think someone should pay attention when looking for a home that allows pets.

A.We were up front in our rental application with a picture and description of Ginger.

７）How did you find a local veterinary clinic? (Please tell us any tips for finding a clinic.)

A.I have not found one yet, but I plan to use one that is close to our home.

８）Please let me know if there are any recommended walking areas, cafes or pet shops that allow pets in the area where you are moving.

A.There are very few long-term rental facilities that allow pets in Western Australia. think we are in one of the few called Yaran Suites in Rockingham WA.

９）Do you have any advice or messages for people who are considering moving their pets overseas?

A.Economove is a great service that is thorough, and economical.
