１）ペットの海外引越しを実際にご経験されてみて、不安だったこと苦労されたことは何でしたか？
Q)After having actually experienced moving your pet overseas, what were you worried about or struggled with?

A)This was the smoothest experience for moving my dear momo-chan. This was my first time ever moving a pet overseas and the experience was absolutely flawless. Economovejapan made the experience comfortable and was incredibly kind and communicative. I will be recommending this service to others in the future.

２）その不安や苦労が解消された出来事があれば教えてください。
Q)Please tell us if there was an incident that helped you to alleviate your worries or concerns.

A)The best part of the process was knowing momo-chan would be taken care of door to door and also that the paperwork would be perfect which is very important going from Japan to the USA.

３）出発当日までに、特に気を付けていたことがあれば教えてください。
Q)Please let us know if there was anything in particular you paid attention to until the day of departure.

A)Communication was very proactive and helpful to ease anxiety of the experience.

４）引越し先に到着後、再会したときの様子はどうでしたか？
Q)What was it like when you reunited after arriving at your new home?

A)I was surprised how fast momo-chan came off the plane. I have global entry and do not have to wait at immigration and when I walked to pet claims she was already there ready to go home.

５）新しい環境での生活に慣れてもらうために、特に気を付けたことがあれば教えてください。
Q)Please tell us if there was anything in particular you paid special attention to in order to help them get used to life in a new environment.

A)The detailed email instructions of what to do and expect upon arriving in the new home was very helpful and eased any stress when momo-chan was extra tired or fussy.

６） 引越し先で、おすすめのお散歩エリア、ペット同伴可のカフェやペットショップなどがあれば教えてください。
Q)Please let me know if there are any recommended walking areas, cafes or pet shops that allow pets in the area where you are moving.

A)Manhattan Beach is very dog friendly and there is a long walk street along the beach called the Strand where there are many dogs that can walk. Hermosa Beach pier has many outdoor restaurants so ample places for pets to be with their owners.

If you google "PetSmart" it is a big chain store of all things pets food, toys, etc. and they can be of good help.
