A.The Economove staff who processed my dog at Haneda was really calming, my dog liked him and settled down quickly.

A.I was worried about getting all the paperwork in order because I have had a problem in the past with transporting pets. But the company handled everything smoothly.

A.Moving from Japan to Uk using a pet export company is essential. Going the other way is much easier.
