１）After having actually experienced moving your pet overseas, what were you worried about or struggled with?

A.With a military PCS, everything happens very quickly, and we had very little time to plan. My biggest struggle was finding a company that could actually assist with international pet transportation on such short notice. I was also very worried about whether we could get our dogs safely to the U.S. and complete all the requirements in time.

２）Please tell us if there was an incident that helped you to alleviate your worries or concerns.

A.Economovejapan Shima -san reached out to us and supported us from beginning to end, making sure all the requirements were met. He regularly checked in, helped us gather the necessary documentation, and answered all of our questions, which really eased our worries throughout the process.

３）Please let us know if there was anything in particular you paid attention to until the day of departure.

A.I was especially anxious about the possibility of being turned away due to an issue with the documentation, so making sure everything was correct was very important to me, which Shima - san fully supported us throughout the process, which greatly reduced our worries and stress. He also did everything he could to make sure my dog was comfortable and well cared for during transportation.

４）What was it like when you reunited after arriving at your new home?

A.It was such an amazing feeling to be reunited with my dog at our destination. I cannot express how relieved I was that I didn’t have to arrange temporary care or consider rehoming her, and I am beyond grateful for that. It truly felt like Shima -san made it possible for us to all be together again, and I will never forget that moment.

５）Do you have any advice or messages for people who are considering moving their pets overseas?

A.I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling overseas with their pets. They are trustworthy, supportive, and truly help guide you through the entire process. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the requirements or worried about whether it can all be done, I would definitely recommend reaching out to them. They will do everything they can to make it happen and get your pet safely to your destination.
